RETURNS:
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale items may not be eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@thenovadry.com within the specified return period. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) if applicable.
Please include the following information when contacting us for a return:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
During the return process, we may request photographic evidence of the item(s) to assess their condition and expedite the return process.
Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the product is deemed defective by our company. In case of a defective product, we may provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs at our discretion.
REFUND POLICY:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers may be eligible for in some cases, store credit or an exchange may be offered as an alternative to a monetary refund.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs, including any original shipping charges, are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven't received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, please ensure you have checked your bank account or contacted your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
